You can use how you would any regular mayo. Great with salads, sandwiches and makes a great healthy dipping sauce.

Reverse Osmosis Water, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, GevityRx Bone Broth Concentrate (Grass-Fed Beef Bones, Sea Salt) (16%), Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Chicory Root Fibre (Prebiotic), Natural Sea Salt, Coconut Milk Powder, Organic Psyllium Husk, Natural Lemon Juice Concentrate, Natural Mustard Powder, Guar Fibre, Natural Garlic Powder, Organic Turmeric Powder, Natural Ginger Powder. After opening store in refrigerator and use within 4 weeks. Due to high collagen content product will set in the fridge. For best results remove from fridge for 5 mins before using.
