Add to salads, dressings and sandwiches. Mix into quiches or mashed potato, you can even add mayo to cake or muffin batters.

After opening store in refrigerator and use within 4 weeks. Due to high collagen content product will set in the fridge. For best results remove from fridge for 5 mins before using.
