Rapadura is an unrefined sugar, popular for its unique caramel flavour, fine grain and gorgeous golden colour. Produced by simply evaporating the water from organic sugar cane juice. It has a higher nutritional value as it retains the natural vitamins and minerals of the pressed cane juice. Organic sugars are produced naturally and without pesticides or chemicals. Natural rapadura is dry and crumbly, very natural and less sweet than regular white sugar. It is higher than other sugars in several essential minerals, including iron, potassium, magnesium, calcium and phosphorus. 1 teaspoon has 10% of your daily iron.
