HOW TO USE

For Adults: 4g (1 metric teaspoon), Children: 2-6 years: 1g (1/4 metric teaspoon), 7-11 years 1.5g (1/3 metric teaspoon), 12-18 years 2g (1/2 metric teaspoon.

Mix the appropriate dose into 200mL of water or juice, 30 minutes before bedtime.

Not suitable for children under the age of 12 months.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. if symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
